Synopsis

Cerita ni mengisahkan Nia (Eira Syazira), seorang gadis yang diburu saka ibunya yang bernama Gelam setelah ibunya meninggal dunia. Pada awal cerita menunjukkan Nia menyeru tuan puteri yang dikatakan menjaga keluarganya sejak dahulu untuk menghalau Gelam supaya tidak mengganggunya.  Nia adalah seorang wanita bekerjaya dan merupakan tulang belakang syarikat tempatnya bekerja. Datin (boss Nia) mahu jodohkannya dengan anak lelakinya. Nia menolak kerana dia sudah ada kekasih hati (Nabil). Nabil pula sibuk mencari hantu, konon-konon macam rancangan paranormal tu lah. Bapa Nabil pula (Fauzi Nawawi) seorang bomoh yang konon-kononnya bercakap dengan jin Siam. Gelam terus memburu Nia sehingga ke  rumah Nia. Nabil pengsan bila nampak Gelam di rumah Nia, sebaliknya Nia marah Gelam sebaik sahaja nampak Gelam di rumahnya. Roy Azman pula sebagai pakcik Nia dan memegang watak lembut dalam cerita ni.

Synopsis

Penunggu Istana adalah sebuah dokumentari yang mengikuti sebuah kumpulan paranormal iaitu “The Seekers Team” yang cuba menjejaki misteri yang terdapat di dalam Istana Bilah, istana tua yang terbiar di Perak. Sesetengah kejadian yang berlaku boleh diklasifikasikan sebagai gangguan biasa seperti keadaan istana yang sudah begitu usang menghasilkan gema yang menyeramkan atau bunyi angin melalui atap bumbung yang sudah rosak. 

Tetapi mereka akhirnya menyedari bahawa mereka tidak berseorangan malah ditemani oleh ‘penghuni-penghuni’ yang telah menetap di istana itu sejak hari pertama lagi mereka di situ.Melalui temubual, kamera-kamera yang digunakan dalam penyiasatan dan alat-alat khas yang lain, terdapat imej-imej yang ganjil dan menyeramkan telah ditemui disebalik misteri tinggalan istana lama ini.
